Pambato Reef: Snorkeling in Palawan
Pambato Reef is a marine sanctuary where you will see giant clams, different types of corals and thousands of fishes. On your Honda Bay tour, you’ll know you’re in Pambato Reef once you see the floating raft in shape of a turtle.
This site is not often included in a regular Honda Bay tour. However, you may ask to add this in your tour itinerary for an extra fee.
A raft in the middle of the sea is the marker where tourists can get off to swim and snorkel. The most shallow section from the coral reefs in this area is about 10 feet deep. Wearing a life jacket is a must, especially for those who are not good swimmers.
